Arm Wrestling Legend Engin Terzi Receives Backlash

East vs West organizer, Engin Terzi, has been receiving online backlash due to a recent controversy surrounding contracts, leaving netizens divided on the matter.

The controversy was sparked when American arm wrestler, Todd Hutchings withdrew from participation in AWE to defend his intercontinental title, apparently due to contractual obligations.

This issue surrounding contracts has caused fans to raise comparisons to MMA's UFC organization. A common criticism raised by some fans and athletes is that contracts can be too restrictive, and can prevent athletes from getting certain matches.

On the other hand, contract supporters argue that contracts can instead help to unite athletes and give them financial security.
