Are you a fan of arm wrestling but never had the chance to experience it in a professional setting?
Come join in the fun at St. Matthew's church at Singapore's first introductory arm wrestling seminar!
Whether you're someone with zero experience with sports or lifting weights, or if you already have an athletic background and are looking to try out a new sport: This is your chance!
At the Beginner Seminar, you will learn the basic techniques of arm wrestling that you can immediately use to beat your friends, but most importantly, to stay safe while pulling.
More experienced arm wrestlers are also welcome to join and bring along your friends who may want to learn about the sport. This seminar is not only informative for newcomers to arm wrestling , but also helpful for more experienced pullers to learn how to guide newer pullers at the start.
You need only to bring your arms and an open mind! (Comfortable sports attire is also recommended)
Professional arm wrestling tables and light refreshments will also be provided.

Directions:
MRT - Tiong Bahru MRT Station (9 mins bus + walk) / Havelock MRT Station (9 mins walk) / Walk from Outram Park MRT Station (10 mins)
*Only when going from Tiong Bahru or Havelock
Take bus 33/63/122/851 from Tiong Bahru MRT Station and ride 2 stops to Bef Outram Flyover. OR Walk down Zion Rd from Havelock MRT Station.
Then, cross the road and walk towards Tiong Poh Rd.
Turn into Eng Hoon Street (you should see the sign for St. Matthew's Church)
4. Continue walking forward and you will see Foodie Market Place on the left and Hotel 81 on the right.
5. Turn right after Hotel 81.
6. Head up the slope.
7. You will see St. Matthew's Church. Go to the basement via the stairs or lift.
8. The seminar will be held in the Basement Main Room.
