


Challenge Rules
The following rules are to be strictly adhered to for challenging a champion for their title.
Any challenge match that does not adhere to these rules would be invalid.

The champion to be challenged must be given a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. They can accept a match earlier if they wish.

East vs West rules must be followed.

All challenges will be best-of-5 rounds

A coin toss will be used to determine the starting side of the table.

One minute of rest time will be given between rounds.

The challenge must be recorded on video and uploaded publicly.

A champion can only be challenged up to one time per month.

If there are multiple challengers, the highest-ranking challenger determined by Eastside will have priority.

Champions who have not competed in any competitions or verified matches for 6 months will be deemed inactive and removed from the rankings.
*Champions will also put their titles on their line at every junior tournament they participate in. Should an existing champion lose in a junior tournament, their title will be given to whoever wins their category at that tournament.
*Eastside Arm Wrestling reserves the right to the final interpretation of all rules.
